Integration: Remembering Wholeness
Themes: coherence, unity, resonance, the living field
To remember how to be whole we must first let go of who we thought we were. Allowing our true natures to emerge requires courage, tenacity and trust in the innate wisdom that we all possess. Wholeness is not perfection to be sought but life to be fully experienced, in all its turmoil, beauty and wonder: a state of resonance where differences feel like harmony, and the self no longer stands apart from the whole.
This remembering asks not that we ignore or erase fragments, but that we feel through them to see at a deeper level. Through awareness, acceptance and surrender, what was once dissonant becomes integrated, transforming the tension of separation into an interconnected field of renewal, opportunity and potential; what some might call consciousness itself .
“We are here to awaken from our illusion of separateness.”
- Thich Nhat Hanh
Art & Sound Journey
The works in this Movement are quiet meditations on coherence. Soft gradients, circular motifs, and translucent veils of auric colour evoke cycles of return and interconnection. Forms emerge, merge and expand, suggesting fragments moving toward balance. Each piece offers a stillness within motion, a remembrance of the wholeness we already are.
